To the first news update from windows department, Microsoft released technical preview of Windows 10 for everyone. This is not the final release from Microsoft, they are using technical review of windows 10 as a feedback before the full and final release of Windows 10 sometime next year.
There is a lot at stake for the software tech giant as they need to rebound everything from Windows 8.
The technical preview is basically for beta-testers, enthusiasts who are willing to provide feedback and also it gives us an idea of what our future holds.
